The Ubiquiti Access Reader G3 Pro is an access control device designed for secure entry management. It connects to your network via a Gigabit Ethernet RJ45 port and is powered by PoE (48V DC), which simplifies the installation process. For user authentication, the reader supports both BLE 4.2 for mobile access and NFC for compatible access cards. A built-in proximity sensor detects approaching individuals to enable quicker authentication. This reader is also energy-efficient, with a maximum power consumption of 6W. The integrated camera provides clear visual verification at entry points, featuring a wide-angle lens with a 96.67° horizontal, 123.15° vertical, and 153.11° diagonal field of view. A built-in microphone allows for two-way audio communication, adding another layer of security. The UA-G3-Pro-B is managed through the UniFi Access platform (version 3.0.15 or newer), giving administrators full control over user permissions, system monitoring, and event logging.
